I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are working to ship your items as fast as we can. Please allow 1 business day for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 days though you could receive your item much earlier! Florida residents can usually expect to receive their item(s) in 1-2 business days!
I was just approved for financing through PayVantage or Acima! What's next?
Congratulations on your approval! Please call or come into one of our locations to finalize your application and choose your device(s). If you need the device(s) shipped to you just call or send an email so we can get your application finalized together with you and get your device(s) in the mail to you ASAP!
What if there is an issue?
Our team is dedicated to you! If you are having an issue please contact us immediately. Most issues are common and often we can provide you with an answer to solve your problem. However if it cannot be resolved you can return the phone within 7 days of receiving it. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the item we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number in the package. Our functional warranty is 60 days, within that time period you are able to send the phone back and we will fix the issue or issue an exchange as long as there is no physical or liquid damage to the phone.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and be processed before receiving a refund. Warranty does not include software issues.
The settings in my phone say "Important Display Message", "Unknown Part", "Important Battery Message", "Important Camera Message"..
Do not stress! Your phone is OK! This is completely normal for a phone that has received a part replacement from anywhere outside of the Apple Genius Bar. The original component has been replaced with a new part and should work just as well as the original. These messages do not affect your device's performance in any way.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, simply refer to your order confirmation email. If the address given is wrong kindly notify us using the Contact Us section. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one as long as the order has not shipped. Unfortunately no refund will be given after incorrect submission if the order has shipped.
